Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)

Corrections to provide high-quality nursing care to individuals within a correctional healthcare setting.

The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional facility. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols. Monitor patients for changes in health status and respond appropriately to medical needs. Assist with urgent and emergency medical situations as needed. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable correctional healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

Active RN License BLS by

AHA COVID

Card (Medical/Religious exemptions are accepted)
