Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract (specific shifts and weekly hours provided upon request)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care for adult psychiatric populations Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and side effects Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians, physicians, and support staff Foster therapeutic environments with a focus on safety and healing Maintain precise documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation practices as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license At least one year of recent experience in psychiatric nursing Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills BLS certification (additional behavioral health certifications a plus) Experience working with diverse populations in an inpatient psych setting

The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
