Schedule:
7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Night shifts with a supportive clinical team Contract assignmentQualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a Step Down or Telemetry RN Demonstrated confidence in floating to both med-surg and step-down units Prior experience working with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) Excellent communication and adaptability skills Ability to excel in high-acuity and fast-paced hospital environmentsResponsibilities:
Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies Monitor and assess patients in the telemetry/step-down unit for any changes in condition Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Respond promptly to emergencies and demonstrate critical thinking in urgent situations Provide education and support to patients and families during hospitalizationWhat You'll Gain:
