Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license in good standing Previous experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing required Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration for mental health populations Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Key Responsibilities:
