Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required Two or more years of recent experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) lab setting preferred Advanced knowledge of cardiac rhythms, electrophysiology procedures, and device management Proficient with EP lab equipment and monitoring technology Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment abilities Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients undergoing EP mapping and ablation, device implants, and diagnostic procedures Monitor hemodynamic and electrophysiological parameters throughout procedures Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care, ensuring understanding of recovery instructions and device management Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols within the EP lab Assist physicians during procedures and respond rapidly to emergencies Document all care activities, patient responses, and procedural information accurately in the electronic medical record
