9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with occasional 8:30 AM starts

Compensation:

$70/hour, 1099 DRHS is a small, growing medical practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas, looking for a part-time APRN to join our team two days per week. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, clinically confident, and interested in being part of a close-knit practice where our staff is truly treated like family . The APRN will practice in collaboration with Deborah A. Hays, MD , our collaborating physician. We are expanding our services and are excited about the future of regenerative medicine, wellness, and non-narcotic pain-management options . What We Do Our practice currently provides evaluation and treatment for a variety of patients, including: Regenerative medicine treatments , including StemWave/ESWT (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy) Non-narcotic alternatives for pain management Injections and other interventional treatments Evaluation and treatment of personal injury and motor vehicle accident patients Musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions Plans to expand into additional regenerative and wellness modalities We are continuing to grow and would love to find an APRN who is interested in being part of that growth. Position Responsibilities The APRN will work alongside our existing team to: Evaluate and diagnose patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Manage follow-up care Treat acute, chronic, and musculoskeletal pain conditions Evaluate and manage personal injury/car accident patients Perform appropriate injections and other office-based procedures within the provider's scope and training Utilize and become familiar with regenerative treatment options such as StemWave/ESWT Educate patients about non-narcotic and alternative approaches to pain management Participate in the continued development of our regenerative medicine and wellness services Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation What We're Looking For We are looking for an APRN who is: Licensed and in good standing to practice in Arkansas Comfortable evaluating and treating patients independently Compassionate and patient-focused Comfortable with or interested in pain management, regenerative medicine, or wellness Willing to learn new treatment modalities Dependable and professional A good communicator and team player Comfortable working in a small-practice environment Spanish/English bilingual ability is a strong plus. We have several Hispanic patients, and our medical assistants and nursing assistants are also bilingual in Spanish, which helps us provide excellent communication and care to our patients.
