Full-Time (FT)
Shifts:
Day or Night (12-hour shifts)
Night Shift Differential:
$1.50/hour
Pay Range:
Up to $35.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 (Full-Time) stipulations apply

AD&D Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer medications Complete documentation and charting Review and update care plans Supervise and support direct care staff Coordinate nursing services during shifts Communicate with residents, families, and staff Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in facility inspections and surveys
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Arkansas Familiarity with long-term care regulations and nursing practices EMR experience preferred Strong attention to documentation and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
