Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Role:
ICU Registered Nurse providing critical care in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, administering advanced treatments, operating life-support equipment, ensuring patient safety, documenting care, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Also includes patient education, maintaining infection control, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
One year of recent ICU experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS. Must possess strong critical thinking, communication, technical skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Duties:
Provide comprehensive critical care, interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, manage complex medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain proficiency through ongoing education.
