- Shift Details:
- + Must commit to 3x12-hour shifts weekly

Duties & Responsibilities:
- + Provides assessments and implements appropriate nursing interventions.
+ Monitors patient's progress as appropriate and evaluates outcomes.
+ Performs standard nursing procedures appropriate to patient needs.
+ Completes and processes all required documentation, including plans and discharge planning, in a comprehensive, objective, and legible manner.
+ Provides health-related education to patients as appropriate to patient needs.
+ Administers medication and addresses other pharmacological needs as protocol dictates, and performs basic intravenous and phlebotomy skills as required.
+ Participates in the orientation and training of new employees, contract staff, students, and others as needed.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- + Current, valid, and unrestrictedAZ license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
+ Minimum of one (1) year related experience within the last 3 years
+ Valid BLS
+ Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
+ Additional certifications may be required
+ Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g.,BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
