Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Act as leader and resource for staff for work distribution and daily management of duties. Assume operational oversight of the practice in the absence of the Practice Manager. Support the practice manager to ensure full department coverage including making changes and adjustments to the schedule as necessary. Support the scheduling of practice meetings and training sessions and communicating the schedule to the staff. Provide computer system training to new hires. Serve as an EMR subject matter expert.
Job Requirements Required High School Graduate or GED Registered Nurse:
AZ Two years in a medical clinic environment with knowledge of all areas Basic Life Support - AHA BLS Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorties/tasks simultaneously, maximizing productivity and effectiveness Ability to adapt to change of duties quickly and smothly Basic computer literacy and proficiency Preferred Supervisory or lead experience Electronic Medical Record EMR experience Cerner experience
