Schedule Options:

Full-Time RN Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families. Part-Time RN Part-time opportunities are available for qualified RNs seeking a reduced schedule while still providing one-on-one skilled nursing care. Schedule and hours may vary based on patient needs, business demands, and candidate availability.

PRN RN PRN

nurses must: Work a minimum of 6 shifts every 6 weeks , including at least 1 weekend shift during that period. Participate in 1 on-call rotation per quarter . Work 1 major holiday per year . Successfully complete required onboarding and clinical training within 2-3 weeks of hire .

Available PRN shift options include:

8-hour shifts 7:00 AM-3:00 PM 2:00 PM-10:00 PM 10-hour shifts 7:00 AM-5:00 PM 12:00 PM-10:00 PM Shift availability is based on patient needs and business demands.

Pay Differential:

Base pay: $38-$45 per hour +$3/hour for eligible weekend and overnight shifts Eligible weekend and overnight shifts may pay $41-$48 per hour Paid weekly Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Assess patients and implement physician-ordered treatment plans. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions within the RN scope of practice. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with the patient's plan of care and nursing standards. Perform all nursing skills, treatments, and procedures within the scope of practice defined by the Arizona Nurse Practice Act. Follow BrightStar Care policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Build meaningful relationships with patients while providing compassionate, professional care. Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona. Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience . Home health experience preferred. Valid driver's license. Active auto insurance. Reliable transportation. Current BLS/CPR certification. Current TB skin test or Chest X-ray. Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Travel Requirement Must be willing and able to travel to patient homes throughout Glendale and surrounding service areas . Why Join BrightStar Care?
