This is an aesthetic-focused clinical role for an experienced injector who is passionate about medical aesthetics, enjoys building strong patient relationships, and takes an active interest in the continued evolution of the industry. Our practice offers a unique environment where aesthetic providers work directly alongside an onsite Plastic Surgeon , providing an opportunity for physician collaboration, clinical mentorship, and exposure to advanced surgical and aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in injectables but is genuinely interested in the clinical side of aesthetics , including emerging treatments, devices, lasers, products, techniques, and advancements in the field. Key Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and pre- and post-treatment care Perform microneedling, blood draws, and other aesthetic treatments as appropriate Utilize and/or assist with aesthetic devices, lasers, energy-based treatments, and other medical aesthetic technologies Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records Uphold strict safety protocols and deliver natural, patient-focused results Build strong, long-term patient relationships Contribute to the growth and development of the aesthetic practice Participate in social media and marketing efforts, including creating and showcasing professional aesthetic content and patient outcomes Collaborate closely with the medical team and onsite Plastic Surgeon Qualifications Current California RN, NP, or PA license BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of medical aesthetics and injectable experience Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Before-and-after portfolio preferred Experience with aesthetic devices, lasers, energy-based treatments, or other medical aesthetic technologies preferred Strong aesthetic consultation and treatment-planning skills Proactive about staying current with clinical developments, new treatments, products, devices, techniques, and advancements in medical aesthetics Demonstrated interest in continuing education and the clinical side of aesthetics Comfortable with social media, marketing, and representing the practice professionally online Self-motivated and committed to ongoing personal and professional development Willingness to learn, take initiative, and continually develop clinical and aesthetic skills Strong understanding of patient safety and appropriate treatment protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led clinical environment Why Join Us?
