Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing comprehensive care to women and newborns throughout the birthing process in various stages.
Responsibilities:
Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during labor and delivery. Assess and identify potential high-risk issues. Offer emotional support and education to mothers and families before, during, and after birth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN.
Minimum of 18 months recent experience in an acute care labor and delivery setting.
Key Duties:
Provide perinatal care, ensure patient safety, monitor vital signs, support families, and manage high-risk situations as needed.
