Aesthetics Registered Nurse ( Diamond Bar / Pasadena ) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetics Registered Nurse to join our medical aesthetics practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care while performing advanced aesthetic procedures in a professional, patient-focused environment. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties Administer IV, machine treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling procedures Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical evaluation Maintain detailed patient records and before/after photography Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols Patient Care Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions Address patient concerns and manage expectations professionally Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction Build lasting relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals Practice Management Maintain inventory of aesthetic products and supplies Stay current with aesthetic industry trends and new treatment modalities Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice development Assist with marketing initiatives and patient outreach when needed Maintain compliance with all state nursing board regulations Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and Laser techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) or similar certification Advanced training in laser therapy Social media savvy and interest in aesthetic marketing Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and artistic eye Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor with excellent bedside manner Commitment to continuing education and professional development Time management and organizational skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during procedures Visual acuity for detailed aesthetic work

Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
