APS Health & Infusion Nursing Services is hiring experienced IV/Infusion RNs who want flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one‑on‑one patient care. What You'll Do Provide IV therapy, biologics, and specialty infusions in the home Follow a personalized Plan of Care and complete clear, timely documentation Educate and support patients and families Use your IV skills confidently — independent PIV starts required Communicate with providers, pharmacies, and APS clinical leadership Deliver safe, professional, compassionate care — one patient at a time Required IV Skills Must be able to independently start and maintain peripheral IVs (PIVs) Port/PICC experience preferred but not required

What We Offer Pay :

$45.00-$55.00 per hour. The starting rate within this range will be based on relevant infusion experience and other job-related qualifications.
