The Royal Home is a 19-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in El Cajon with more than 50 years of service to our community. We offer a family-style work environment where nurses can provide personalized care without the demands of a large, high-acuity facility. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Weekend RN to join our team. Why You'll Love This Position $40 per hour Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM

• 4:00 PM Consistent weekend schedule Small 19-bed facility Stable, ambulatory residents No high-acuity nursing needs such as Hoyer lifts, feeding tubes, catheters, or continuous oxygen Work with the support of 3 CNAs Supportive, family-style environment Opportunity for new graduate RNs to apply Responsibilities Medication administration/pass Provide compassionate nursing care Monitor residents and address their needs Oversee the facility during your shift Complete nursing documentation Communicate with residents, families, and staff Work independently while collaborating with the CNA team Qualifications Active California RN License Dependable and compassionate Able to work independently Strong communication and organizational skills New graduate RNs are welcome to apply!
