Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and team members. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments and addressing development needs. Adapt plans to succeed in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and contribute to a caring team culture. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and maintain strong clinical skills in medication administration and vaccination.

Critical Information Shift hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM In-person, onsite role as needed Remote work is not applicable; PPE is provided Must be flexible with work hours and adapt to changing healthcare environments Education/Licenses Needed Full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state of California High School Diploma or GED Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification At least one year of nursing experience with immunization and patient care
