- Must be able to provide proper certification
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with clinical laboratory procedures and equipment
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patients in a calm and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen collection and labeling
- Be able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
