Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery General Anesthesia and Acute Care Office to begin immediately. This is a single role position being offered part time, 7:30am-1:30pm 2-3 days a week. In this role, you will establish IV Access, administer medications under Doctor directive, assist in vitals and recovery post surgery. Your expertise will support patient recovery, comfort, and well-being through comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment plans, and collaborative care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while monitoring for adverse reactions. Obtain IV Access Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and clinical standards. Provide education and health coaching to patients and their families on medication use, nutrition, and post-discharge care. Support infection control protocols, including specimen collection/processing and maintaining sterile techniques during procedures like sterile processing or operating room activities. Experience Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in diverse clinical environments. Strong background in medical-surgical nursing. Skilled in obtaining IV access. Experience in an Acute Care setting desired
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
