Registered Nurse (RN) — Full Time Metabolize Health — Laguna Hills or Huntington Beach Monday-Friday, 30+ hours per week | Immediate start About Us Metabolize Health is a small, agile clinic specializing in integrative functional medicine. We look for the root cause of a patient's medical issues rather than treating symptoms, and we work as a tight, professional team to do it. The Role We're hiring a full-time RN for our clinic. This is a hands-on role for a nurse who wants to practice differently — someone who's genuinely interested in the functional and integrative model, not just looking for the next shift. What You'll Do IV therapy management — assess patient suitability, mix IV bags, and administer infusions (vitamins, minerals, supplements) per integrative protocols Provide direct patient care and education throughout the visit Document accurately and follow clinical SOPs and provider direction Support clinic flow and pitch in where the team needs you What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted RN license in California IV therapy experience — this is a must Outpatient or clinical setting experience preferred Strong communication skills and a real team-player mindset Skills matter, and character matters just as much. We're a small team in close quarters. We want someone who takes feedback well, treats patients and colleagues with respect, and shows up ready.

Pay:

$50.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you hold a current, unrestricted RN license in the State of California? How many years of hands-on IV therapy experience do you have, including starts and infusion administration? Are you able to work Monday through Friday, 30+ hours per week, on a consistent daytime schedule? Are you available to start immediately? Roughly how many IV starts do you perform in a typical week, and what patient populations have you worked with? Tell us about a time a supervisor or trainer corrected your technique. What was the feedback, and what did you do with it? What draws you to functional and integrative medicine specifically, rather than a hospital or traditional outpatient setting?
