May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. Our mission is to provide a family structured environment, ensure respect and dignity to our clients and to enhance the beauty of life through positive attitude. We are currently staffing for an LVN. This individual will support and practice our mission and core values, exercise the nursing process, be innovative and practice effective communication and collaboration in our system. Shift times 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm 4-5 shifts a week Rotating weekends
Duties:
Providing for the safety and well-being of clients both physically and emotionally. Carry out client's Individual Program Plans by performing routine nursing duties. Assist residents with meals, dressing, personal hygiene, ambulation, and comfort as needed. Document daily task related to resident care and functional abilities. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. Work under the supervision of the RN.
Requirements:
Valid California LVN License Exp. with g-tubes, catheters, ostomies Physical within the last 6 months Negative TB test BLS Clear criminal background (Fingerprint Live scan will be completed) Patience and flexibility! Works well with a team with high-quality people skills and good leadership! Reliable and Punctual!
