Scheduling Flexibility:

We offer per-diem roles, allowing you to work as many or as few shifts as you need to fit your schedule. While we strive to fill your availability, we can't guarantee full-time hours for care staff.

Plan Referral Program Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional healthcare in clients' homes. Assist with daily living and personal care activities. Administer medications and monitor vital signs. Provide emotional support and companionship. Collaborate on care plans to ensure the best client outcomes.

Requirements:

Licensing:

Active CA RN or LVN License Certifications:

CPR Certification Experience:

RN's must have one year of home health experience. Experience with young adults, adults, the elderly, or disabled individuals is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to assist with on-call nursing assignments as needed.

Transportation:

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Background Check:

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs.
