Full-Time or Part time: NOC shift (10:30pm-6:30am)

Part-time:

More info at ensignbenefits.com Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and support to LVNs, CNAs, and unit staff Manage workflow, staffing assignments, and unit priorities Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care Conduct assessments and respond promptly to changes in resident condition Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions Med Pass Responsibilities Accurately prepare and administer medications as ordered Verify resident identity and follow all safety protocols Document medications, treatments, and resident responses in real time Monitor for medication reactions or side effects Ensure safe medication storage, labeling, and disposal Clinical & Resident Care Perform nursing procedures, including wound care and skilled treatments Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation Ensure care plans are followed and updated Qualifications Active California RN License (Required) Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities Must be fully vaccinated for
