Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract This opportunity calls for a skilled Registered Nurse with proven experience in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) nursing. As a contract RN, you will provide crucial, compassionate care to diverse patient populations within a dynamic hospital environment. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols and best practices Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress Administer medications, IVs, and perform wound care as prescribed Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and allied health professionals Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care, treatment, and discharge planning Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient acuity Maintain precise and timely medical records, ensuring HIPAA compliance

Requirements:

Valid RN license Recent experience working in a Med-Surg (Medical-Surgical) setting Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills BLS certification required; additional certifications (such as ACLS) are a plus

Schedule:

Contract assignment, full-time 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

You can earn between $1900 and $2100 in weekly pay, reflecting hourly wages for a standard 40-hour week with additional eligible expense reimbursements.
