Pediatric PA or Nurse PractitionerIntegrative / Concierge Pediatrics | New Graduates Welcome Wellness Pediatrics Marin | Mill Valley, California PA-C, FNP or PNP Part-time or full-time considered $72-$100/hour, depending on experience Wellness Pediatrics Marin is a small, physician-owned integrative pediatric practice in Mill Valley looking for a PA or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. We are particularly interested in finding the right clinician rather than simply the most experienced clinician . New graduates and early-career PAs and NPs are encouraged to apply. If you are bright, curious, clinically thoughtful, love working with children and families, and want to become an excellent pediatric clinician, we are happy to train you. Prior experience in integrative or functional medicine is welcome but not required. Training will be provided. About the Practice Wellness Pediatrics Marin provides personalized pediatric care from infancy through young adulthood, combining excellent conventional medicine with evidence-informed integrative approaches. Our practice is intentionally different from high-volume primary care. Visits are longer, families have strong continuity with their providers, and we have the time to think carefully about complicated problems. In addition to routine well-child and acute pediatric care, our practice has a particular interest in: ADHD and neurodevelopmental concerns Nutrition and gastrointestinal health Migraines Celiac disease POTS and dysautonomia Long COVID and complex chronic symptoms Adolescent health Integrative and functional approaches to pediatric care The Position You will work closely with an experienced board-certified pediatrician and gradually develop your own patient load as your skills and confidence grow. Depending on your experience, responsibilities will include: Well-child and preventive visits Same-day acute pediatric visits Adolescent care Evaluation and management of common pediatric conditions Follow-up of chronic and complex conditions Review and interpretation of laboratory testing Patient and parent education Nutrition, lifestyle and evidence-informed integrative interventions Care coordination with pediatric specialists Telemedicine when appropriate Collaboration with our physician and clinical team For a new graduate, the position will begin with significant supervision, teaching and case review. Autonomy will increase as clinical skills develop. Who We Are Looking For We would love to meet someone who: Is a licensed or license-eligible PA-C, FNP or PNP in California Genuinely enjoys children, adolescents and their families Is intellectually curious and enjoys learning Has strong clinical judgment and knows when to ask for help Communicates warmly and clearly with parents Values evidence-based medicine while remaining open to thoughtful integrative approaches Is interested in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, functional medicine or integrative medicine Wants mentorship and ongoing professional development Values continuity and relationships with patients rather than high-volume medicine Works well as part of a small, collaborative team Pediatric or integrative medicine experience is preferred but not required. New graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply. Why This Position Is Different This is an opportunity to learn pediatrics in a setting where there is actually time to teach. You will receive direct mentorship and clinical training from a pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience in integrative pediatrics. You will learn both excellent conventional pediatric medicine and how nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, functional testing and other integrative tools can be thoughtfully incorporated into clinical care. For someone who wants to build expertise in integrative pediatrics , this is an unusual opportunity. Compensation $72-$100/hour, depending on training and experience. Brand-new graduates with no prior PA or NP experience will typically start at $72-$75/hour , with scheduled compensation reviews as clinical independence and responsibility increase. Candidates with prior pediatric, primary care or integrative medicine experience may start at a higher rate based on experience and level of independence. We are open to both experienced clinicians and exceptional new graduates who are looking for a practice in which they can learn, grow and stay long-term.
