Riviera IV Therapy is a premium mobile wellness company based in Santa Barbara, offering high-quality IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and wellness injections in the comfort of our clients' homes, hotels, offices, and events. We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our per diem team. This is a flexible, client-facing role ideal for RNs who are confident in IV insertion, enjoy independent work, and are interested in wellness-focused care. Nurses select available coverage blocks based on their schedule, but this role does require consistent weekly and monthly availability.
Important Schedule Requirement:
Applicants must be willing to place themselves on the schedule for at least one coverage day per week and one weekend day per month . Applicants with stronger weekend availability will be prioritized. Nurses are paid per completed infusion, with most appointments lasting under an hour. Compensation is structured as flat-rate pay per completed infusion plus tips, not traditional hourly shift pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer IV infusions and IM/IV injections according to standardized wellness protocols and documentation Perform on-site client assessments to ensure safety and eligibility prior to treatment Start peripheral IVs confidently and safely in a mobile setting Maintain a calm, professional, and friendly presence during mobile visits in homes, hotels, offices, and event settings Educate clients on treatments, post-care, and wellness goals in plain, approachable language Document treatment details accurately using our mobile EMR, Jane App Communicate regularly with the supervising PA and clinical team as needed for support or questions Uphold best practices for sterility, medication safety, and mobile service protocols Represent Riviera IV Therapy with warmth, discretion, reliability, and professionalism

Requirements:
Active California RN license in good standing Current BLS certification Minimum 3 years of IV experience preferred, ER, ICU, OR, infusion clinic, PACU, pre-op/post-op, procedural, or equivalent Strong vein access skills, including comfort with 20G-24G IVs Excellent communication and bedside manner, our clients value professionalism and kindness Reliable transportation and phone for client navigation and EMR access Ability to commute to Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, and surrounding areas Ability to provide consistent availability, including at least one scheduled coverage day per week and one weekend day per month
