Job Description
Job Summary and Responsibilities Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other practitioners as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal care. Monitors medical condition of patients and works within scope of practice. Demonstrates ability to perform technical nursing procedures/skills of patient care competently, by implementing ED policies and procedures. Provides care in accordance with mission/philosophy of MMCMS, and as they would like their family to be cared for. Assesses and reassesses and remains attentive, so that all patient needs are met. Expedites ED processes by providing professional, efficient patient care and implements Standardized Procedures whenever possible thereby improving patient satisfaction.
