Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in California Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an ICU/critical care setting BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong clinical judgement and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Previous travel nursing experience (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Monitor and assess patient status, expertly managing complex medical equipment Administer medications, perform diagnostic procedures, and implement treatment plans Offer support and guidance to patients and their families during challenging times Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with facility protocols Contribute to a culture of safety and exceptional patient outcomes
