$45.00-$50.00 per hour Join Our Dedicated Nursing Team Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Part-Time / On-Call basis . The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care and working collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes in health status. Perform nursing assessments and assist with care planning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare staff. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures. Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and emergency situations. Qualifications Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license . Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
