Experienced Registered Nurse seeking a position in the Cardiac Cath Lab, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Responsible for performing pre-procedure assessments, reviewing medical history and laboratory results, preparing patients and equipment, establishing and maintaining IV access, administering medications, and providing patient education. Skilled in monitoring vital signs, cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and patient response throughout procedures, assisting with moderate sedation, maintaining sterile technique, and recognizing and responding promptly to changes in patient condition. Experienced in supporting cardiologists during procedures, managing emergency situations, providing post procedure recovery care, monitoring for complications, and ensuring safe transitions to the next level of care. Committed to delivering safe, efficient, compassionate patient care while working collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary health care team. Registered Nurse-Cardiac Cath Lab must meet the following qualifications:

Education:

Required:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in an RN-BSN within one (1) year of hire and completion within five (5) years of hire

Licensure/Certification:

Required:

California RN License, Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Additional certifications may be required

Experience:

Required:

$43.38 - $70.17 per hour
