CPR Full Job Description Position Summary:
Our
ADHC/CBAS
center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Registered Nurse (R.N.) to join our multidisciplinary care team. The RN will assist with nursing department operations and provide high-quality, compassionate care to participants in accordance with state and federal regulations and the center's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and record daily vital signs , participant assessments , and progress notes . Administer medications and provide skilled nursing care as prescribed. Assist participants with personal care and monitor their overall health status. Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or other appropriate interventions. Support health education and promote wellness among participants. Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
