KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisted with all activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Helping with prescribed exercises to maintain strength and independence. Prepared and served nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and encouraged adequate hydration. Administered medications as prescribed and monitored for any adverse reactions or changes in condition. Monitored and recorded vital signs, including blood pressure and oxygen saturation, and reported concerns to healthcare providers. Assisted with repositioning to promote comfort and help reduce the risk of pressure injuries. Maintained skin integrity through regular skin care and observation for redness, swelling, or other concerns
