Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet the needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately. Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader. Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings. Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs. Complies with all mandatory reporting requirements. Job Requirements Required Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing 3-5 years clinical experience in a Women's Health environment

Registered Nurse:

CA Basic Life Support - CPR Demonstrates ability to work within a team model of patient-care delivery. Demonstrates proficient basic nursing skills and specialty skills. Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process and the ability to apply these principles appropriately. Demonstrates a caring, compassionate attitude toward others. Demonstrates clear, effective written and oral English skills, and objective active-listening skills. Demonstrates ability to delegate appropriate patient care tasks, duties, etc. to other team members. Ability and willingness to actively participate in process improvement activities.
