2 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU/Pre-op/Recovery position requiring 2+ years of experience and active CA RN licensure. Details Acute care setting within PACU/Pre-op/Recovery/GI Lab unit Level 3 trauma facility ICU patients may recover in this PACU Uses Cerner EMR and Phillips telemetry monitoring 10-hour day shifts Every other weekend requirement Call requirement applies RT and pharmacy support available 24/7 No dedicated IV team Requirements Active CA RN license (Standard or Compact) required, pending licenses not accepted BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Minimum 2 years of experience required Navy scrub color required Additional Information Provide perianesthesia nursing care across pre-op, PACU, and recovery phases Holiday coverage required for 2 of 3 major holidays First-time travelers may be considered Candidates may not have been directly employed by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and Dignity, within the past year
