Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care within RN scope of practiceLeads and supports patient/family education and guides nursing staff activities in the ICU Accountable for care and outcomes of assigned patients Communicates patient condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response Delivers safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
Qualifications:
ICU- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.
Current and valid state RN License. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required. 4. Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 5. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.
Pay Transparency:
Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $75.00 to $85.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
