Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment—schedule varies based on facility needs
Qualifications:
Active RN license, in good standing Minimum one year of acute operating room nursing experience preferred BLS certification (required); ACLS certification a plus Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during a variety of operative procedures Monitor patients' conditions pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Maintain a sterile environment and anticipate surgical team needs Provide patient and family education related to surgery and recovery Ensure compliance with all infection control and patient safety standards
