Qualifications Required:
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license . Previous infusion nursing experience . Experience with medication preparation and administration . Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills. Ability to recognize signs of allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, and other medication-related adverse events. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Clinical research experience is NOT required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an infusion center, outpatient clinic, hospital, or similar clinical setting. Experience administering biologics or other specialty medications. Experience monitoring patients for infusion-related or medication-related reactions. Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic medical records. About the Position The study team will provide the medications used for the clinical trials. The nurse's primary responsibilities will be medication preparation, administration, patient monitoring, and observation for potential adverse reactions. This is a hands-on clinical position focused on patient safety and quality of care. What We're Looking For We are looking for an RN who is : Patient-focused and compassionate Experienced and confident with infusion procedures Detail-oriented and safety-conscious Comfortable preparing and administering medications Able to recognize and respond appropriately to potential medication reactions Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a clinical research environment No prior clinical research experience is necessary. Training on study-specific procedures will be provided.Pay:
$60.00- $65.
