This position is ideal for an experienced infusion nurse who is interested in working in a clinical research setting. Clinical research experience is not required. The ideal candidate will have strong IV infusion, medication preparation, patient monitoring, and assessment skills. The Infusion Nurse will be responsible for the safe preparation and administration of study medications, monitoring patients during and after treatment, and promptly identifying and responding to potential adverse reactions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer study medications according to the study team's instructions and applicable clinical procedures. Administer and monitor subcutaneous injections to study participants. Administer and monitor infusion medications to study participants. Monitor patients before, during, and after medication administration. Observe patients for potential adverse reactions, including signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis or other infusion-related reactions . Promptly recognize and report adverse events or concerning symptoms to the appropriate medical personnel. Perform appropriate patient assessments and vital signs monitoring as required. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Follow site procedures, medication administration guidelines, and study-specific instructions. Communicate professionally with patients, investigators, and the clinical research team. Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered treatment environment. Perform medication preparation and handling according to established procedures.

Qualifications Required:

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license . Previous infusion nursing experience . Experience with medication preparation and administration . Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills. Ability to recognize signs of allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, and other medication-related adverse events. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Clinical research experience is NOT required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an infusion center, outpatient clinic, hospital, or similar clinical setting. Experience administering biologics or other specialty medications. Experience monitoring patients for infusion-related or medication-related reactions. Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic medical records. About the Position The study team will provide the medications used for the clinical trials. The nurse's primary responsibilities will be medication preparation, administration, patient monitoring, and observation for potential adverse reactions. This is a hands-on clinical position focused on patient safety and quality of care.
