We believe the guest experience begins the moment someone walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who naturally makes people feel welcomed, cared for, and confident that they are in good hands. This is not simply a position for answering phones and checking guests in. You will play an important role in creating the atmosphere of the salon, supporting our team, managing the flow of the day, and helping us deliver a consistently elevated experience. What You'll Do Warmly greet every guest and help them feel welcomed upon arrival Manage guest check-in and check-out Answer phone calls, texts, and appointment inquiries professionally Schedule, confirm, adjust, and manage appointments Help guests understand services and select the appropriate appointment Coordinate with nail technicians to keep the salon running smoothly and on schedule Monitor the guest experience throughout each visit Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming front desk and reception area Handle payments and basic point-of-sale responsibilities Assist with rebooking and guest retention Help resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Support salon leadership with daily operational needs Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Naturally friendly, welcoming, and comfortable speaking with people Professional and polished in your communication Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a busy environment without losing your composure Dependable and punctual Comfortable learning scheduling and salon software Proactive—you notice what needs to be done without always having to be asked A team player who enjoys supporting others Someone who genuinely cares about hospitality and customer service Previous salon, spa, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or luxury customer-service experience is a plus, but attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
