$2,415.00 $57.50/hour Permanent tax home must be less than 50 miles from the facility About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse

• DOU (Direct Observation Unit) for a short-term contract assignment in Tustin, CA .

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong DOU, PCU, SDU, or progressive/acute care experience who is comfortable working night shifts and floating to other inpatient units as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to acute-care patients in a DOU/step-down environment. Monitor patients closely and recognize changes in clinical condition. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Accurately document patient care using AllScripts . Float to Telemetry and MedSurg units as assigned. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control practices. Requirements 2+ years of recent Acute Care RN experience Recent experience in DOU, PCU, SDU, Progressive Care, or Step-Down Must be comfortable floating down to Telemetry/MedSurg as assigned Active California RN License

AHA BLS AHA ACLS NIHSS

Certificate Strong acute-care assessment, monitoring, and clinical decision-making skills Schedule 12-hour night shifts 7:00 PM
