Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time NOC Shift Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team on the NOC shift. Days Off Pay Rate:
$48.00-$55.00 per hour, based on experience Position Summary The RN will provide professional nursing care to residents while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during the overnight shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Assess residents' conditions and promptly identify changes in health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Monitor vital signs and document resident care and progress.
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise and provide direction to CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of nursing documentation.
  • Participate in care planning and contribute to quality resident outcomes.
  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, compassionate, professional, and resident-focused.
