Job Description

Position Summary To provide supervision of nursing care on the Rehabilitation unit during assigned shift. To ensure the interdisciplinary plan of care is implemented and followed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN. Clinical experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or med-surge preferred. Licensure & Certifications Current licensure in the State of Vermont or Compact Multi-State Licensure. BLS Certification.
