Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Avida Home Health is hiring an RN for immediate start — full-time, covering North Denver — Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Golden, and surrounding communities. Medicare-certified and ACHC-accredited, Avida has a strong reputation for wound care. You'll join a small, close-knit clinical team with direct access to leadership. Monday-Friday schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver skilled nursing visits to home health patients in the North Denver metro (Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Golden, and nearby communities)
  • Manage wound care, medication management, disease education, and care plan coordination
  • Document visits in our EHR (Alora)
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to help patients heal at home and avoid hospital readmission
COMPENSATION
  • Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patient visits
Pay:
$55.00
  • $70.
00 per hour
