Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Emergency Room experience (recent and relevant) Ability to perform independent and delegated medical functions in alignment with state Board of Nursing guidelines Strong assessment, planning, and evaluation skills Effective communication for patient education and coordination with interdisciplinary teams Willingness to float to other departments within scope and qualifications if needed
Common Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing patient assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care Deliver health teaching, counseling, restorative therapies, and delegated medical functions Manage documentation per regulatory and hospital requirements Offer direct and consultative care, actively referring for further treatment as necessary Support organizational mission and service behavior standards Participate in supervision, delegation, and mentorship of staff as required Remain adaptable to on-call or floating assignments, following business needs
