$2,151-$2,319 per week Assignment duration: 13 weeksShift:
12-hour day shifts (3x12) Start date: 09/28/2026Housing:
Travelers are responsible for securing housing; nearby towns such as Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs are common options Not accepting any RTO Elevation considerations: must be healthy enough to safely function in a low-oxygen environment at roughly 8,000 feet Responsibilities Provide direct bedside nursing care to geriatric patients, including assessment, monitoring, and care planning Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse reactions and document appropriately Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and family communication Perform accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with hospital policies Monitor patient safety, fall risk, oxygenation, and response to therapy in a high-altitude setting, with escalation as needed Adapt plans of care based on changes in patient condition and maintain clinical competency in geriatric care Requirements Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date Basic Life Support (BLS); First Aid certification; BLS and First Aid may be obtained upon hire Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Not accepting any RTO (no scheduled time off during assignment) Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low-oxygen environment at high altitude (8,000 feet) Benefits and Support 13-week assignment with travel status Travel pay benefits reflected in weekly pay range Housing is the traveler's responsibility; guidance provided for housing options in nearby towns Quick Start onboarding process Ongoing recruiting and assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Find more opportunities If you'd like to explore other openings available at Healthforce Healthcare LLC, visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPAY DISCLAIMER
