Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and people-oriented Staffing Manager to join our Aspen team. The Staffing Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of our staffing office, coordinating recruiting, onboarding, employee dispatch, payroll and timecards, and client communication. This position works closely with the Branch Manager and serves as an important point of contact for temporary employees and clients. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily staffing and dispatch operations based on client needs and employee availability. Recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, field recruiting, and other outreach methods. Assist new employees with applications, onboarding documentation, W-4s, I-9s, and orientation. Communicate with employees regarding job assignments, schedules, attendance, and transportation. Process and review employee timecards and assist with daily and weekly payroll. Verify timecards and records to support accurate client billing. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding staffing needs and operational updates. Respond to employee questions related to scheduling, payroll, reimbursements, and assignments. Maintain accurate employee records and staffing documentation. Assist with safety meetings, training documentation, job-site visits, and compliance requirements. Support general office operations, including phones, employee inquiries, documentation, and supplies. Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day branch operations. Required Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required. Valid driver's license in good standing required. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll and timecards. Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, payroll, HR administration, customer service, dispatch, or office administration is preferred but not required. Experience with staffing or workforce management software such as TempWorks is a plus. Work Environment This is primarily an office-based position with occasional travel to nearby client job sites. The role involves frequent communication with employees and clients and requires the ability to respond quickly to changing staffing needs.
Pay:
