This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader with experience in home health who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality patient care and team development. Pay & Benefits of Registered Nurse (RN): $100,000 - $130,000 salary Weekly Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Mileage Reimbursement Continuing Education Provided Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN): Oversee all clinical operations for home care and staffing services Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations Conduct client assessments and oversee care plan development and implementation Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing and caregiving staff Perform competency evaluations and supervisory visits Support quality assurance, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives Participate in on-call rotation with office team Provide direct patient care as needed (IV therapy, wound care, catheter care, etc.) Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN): Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required | Master's preferred 1+ year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience (Required) Home health experience preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why BrightStar Care?
