As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department working full-time nights, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of patient cases, collaborating with diverse teams and leadership styles. Schedule Full-time night shift Desired Skills and Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for driving-required roles, with a valid license) Eligibility to work in the US Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screenings Current Colorado or Compact RN license Current BLS certification (or within 90 days of hire) ACLS certification (or within 6 months) PALS or ENPC certification, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP (or within one year) Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred Two years' hospital experience; one year ED or critical care experience preferred Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized care plans Practice decisive judgment and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting Triage, evaluate, and document patient information accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, handle patient transfer/discharge/referral Deliver patient/family education and psychosocial support Delegate responsibilities, mentor students and new staff Uphold high standards of ethics, safety, and confidentiality Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives Benefits and Travel Perks Enjoy premium compensation, tax-advantaged housing and meal stipends, comprehensive healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, travel assistance, and job security.
