Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and document care accurately Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Need 2 years experience in setting Current RN license in the State of Colorado BLS certification required upon hire
