Travel RN Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Delta, Colorado. The ideal candidate should have strong Med/Surg experience and hold an active Colorado RN license. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient status. Develop and follow individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow hospital safety, infection-control, and patient-care protocols. License Requirement Active Colorado RN License - REQUIRED Must be currently licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Colorado. Must-Have Qualifications Two years of relevant experience - PREFERRED Previous Medical/Surgical experience preferred. Specialty certification for applicable specialty areas preferred. Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Schedule Shift details to be confirmed based on facility requirements.
