Job Description
Position Summary Join our dynamic surgical team as a Registered Nurse (RN) , where you'll deliver exceptional, patient-centered care across all age groups. Working under the guidance of the Surgical Services Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and families. What You'll Do As a key member of our care team, you will: Conduct patient histories and comprehensive pre-operative assessments Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient charts Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions Carry out pre- and post-operative physician and anesthesia orders Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families Manage post-operative pain and nausea effectively Monitor surgical sites and patient recovery progress Assist surgeons during endoscopic procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Create a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment for patients
